How to perform Wall Push?

    Stand 2 feet away from the wall. 

      Stand with your legs apart and place your palms against the wall.

        Lean forth and let your chest touch the wall. 

          Now push back to the original position.

            Do 3 sets of 8 repetitions. 

              Bow pose

              Bow pose stretches and strengthens the front portion of your body. The pose puts pressure on the chest area and improves the shape of your bust. 

              How to perform Bow pose?

                Lie flat on your stomach on a yoga mat. 

                Keep your knees apart with your face towards the ground. 

                Raise your legs while lying on the stomach and bring your feet above your hips.

                Grab your ankles with your hands and look up while lifting your chest off the ground. 

                Stay in this position for 10 seconds and slowly return to your original position.

                  Push-ups 

                  Push-ups are the best exercise to strengthen your chest. Regularly performing push-ups can increase muscle endurance, allowing you to perform more reps over time.

                  How to do push-ups?

                  Place your palms on the ground and get into a high-plank position.

                  Bend your elbows and lower your body to the ground.

                  Push back and return to the original position

                  Do 3 sets of pushups with 8 reps.

                    Cobra pose

                    The cobra pose is excellent for increasing the blood flow in your upper body. It stretches out the abdomen, lungs, and shoulders and also tones your buttocks. Cobra pose is one of the most popular uplift breast exercises. 


                    How to perform the cobra pose?


                    Lie on your stomach and rest the top of your feet on the floor. 

                    Place your palms on the floor

                    Lift your chest above and stretch your neck to face the ceiling.

                    The lower body should remain pressed against the floor.

                    Hold this position for 30 seconds and return to the starting position. 

                    Repeat this 5 times and do 3 sets
