ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in its original condition, unwashed, and with all tags and labels intact. All requests for exchange must be placed within seven (7) days of the delivery date.

 

PROCESS FOR EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange your product, please reach out to our customer service team at +91 913 738 3636 with your order number, the name of the product, and the reason for the exchange. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which you will need to include with your returned product.

 

All shipping charges for the returned product will be borne by the customer. Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria for an exchange. If the product is eligible, we will issue store credit for the value of the returned product. You can then use this credit to purchase a different product from our website.

 

EXCEPTIONS

Please note that we do not offer exchanges on panties due to hygiene reasons. Additionally, we cannot accept exchanges on any products that are on sale or part of a promotional offer.

 

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will exchange it for you at no additional cost.

 

CANCELLATION OF EXCHANGE

Once you have placed an exchange order, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
