At Bold & Bae Fashion, we get it, sometimes things don’t work out and that’s okay. While we hope you love every piece, we offer an exchange policy to keep your experience smooth and stress-free.

What’s Eligible:

You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, as long as:

• The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

• All tags and labels are intact.

• It’s not a panty (for hygiene reasons).
  
  

How It Works:

1. Contact us at +91 9137 383 636 with your order number, product name, and reason for exchange.

2. We’ll share a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the next steps. You must include the RAN with the returned item. 

3. Ship the item back to us; the cost of return shipping is paid for by the customer.

4. Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll issue store credit equal to the product’s value. 

You can then shop your next BBF pick with that credit!

A Few Exceptions:

• Panties, sale items, and promotional offers are not eligible for exchange.

• Refunds and returns are not available but if something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll sort it out at no extra cost. 

• Exchange requests, once placed, cannot be cancelled or changed.
